Project Brief

The client a leading supplier of engineering consumables, site supplies, steel and much more required additional office, meeting and staff facilities installed within their current head office.  The brief was to provide full electrical power and lighting and data installation to a newly erected office, meeting, facilities and Gym space within their existing building.

Challenge

Working with the client, building contractor and steel erectors came with many timing associated challenges which were all overcame by the consistent and open communication between ourselves, the client and all of the other companies involved in this project.  The project was also constructed during international material shortage and supply problems which meant all materials had to be sourced well ahead of time to ensure the project did not have any hold ups.

Timeframe

The team were tasked with completing the works within the scheduled 6 month window, working in and alongside the client and other trades to ensure the project was complete in time for moving day - in all the main electrical works were completed within.

 Communication

Throughout the project our team consistently communicated with the client to a high standard, regularly updating the client on progress and any issues that were found and overcame. Following completion of works their Lead Mechanical Engineer contacted us to say:
